We are to a good start

The founders were successful in registering and incorporating Weedagama Foundation with state and federal authorities in the United States. In October 2023, Weedagama Foundation was registered as a charitable organization and incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of Delaware. In November 2023, Weedagama Foundation received approval from the federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
